At Artes da Terra, we know that every handcrafted piece is special. That is why we take particular care when preparing and packaging orders, so that our products reach you in the best possible condition.

Order Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged before being handed over to the transport service.

Due to the nature of our products, particularly ceramic pieces, we take care to ensure suitable and secure packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

Upon delivery, we recommend checking the external condition of the package. If there is visible damage, you should report it to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the transport service used. The estimated delivery time will be shown during the purchasing process or communicated to the customer where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Artes da Terra's control, including carrier delays, periods of high demand or exceptional situations.

Right of Withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers have, in accordance with applicable legislation, a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Artes da Terra of their decision within the legally established period.

Return Conditions

Returned products should, whenever possible, be in the same condition in which they were received, without signs of use or damage and properly packaged.

The customer must ensure that the packaging used for the return adequately protects the product during transport, particularly in the case of ceramic pieces.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and, if possible, photographs of the packaging and product.

Our team will assess the situation and seek to provide the most appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legislation.
